This villa sits just back of the dunes on one of Bali’s best west-coast surfing beaches. Finished in April of 2002, this Bali luxury beach villa offers views of the Bukit to the south, to the north lie palms, rice terraces and a series of headlands, the nearest of them surmounted by a charming temple. From the master bedroom of this Bali luxury beach villa, you have a view of Mount Agung Bali biggest, most sacred volcano.
This four-bedroom Bali luxury beach villa is situated on 1.2 hectares on the beach and offers amazing sunsets. There are two sleeping pavilions, each has an ocean view, air-conditioning, ensuite bathroom with large bathtub and an outdoor shower in the very private garden. Each pavilion is beautifully finished with wooden floors and king sized beds. All of the bedrooms have a large outdoor patio/veranda with a large cushioned day bed. This Bali luxury beach villa was built so that there are ocean views from every room in the house. All indoor rooms have air-conditioning and all bedrooms have ensuite marble bathrooms .

A running sheet and vendor list are required 30 days before the event by the event organisers. Fireworks, fire dancers and wishing lanterns are not permitted. Event organisers must supply their genset for the event as the villa power may not be used. The villa equipment and kitchen cannot be used. We can recommend expert event organisers, florists, decorators and caterers so you can focus on relaxing and celebrating with your guests.

The villa is located in Pererenan, which is a small village on the beach outside of Canggu, about 20 minutes north of Seminyak, and about half-way to Tanah Lot.
“Canggu” is widely used though to refer to a large coastal stretch of about eight kiliometres, running north from the village of Brawa (just north of Seminyak) to the village of Cemagi (just south of Tanah Lot) taking in Echo Beach, Seseh and Pererenan along the way.
The beaches in this area have dark grey or black sand and while being good for swimming, they also offer some renowned and challenging surfing spots.
There are vast areas of rice paddies with quietly undulating terrain offering expansive views of the volcanic mountains to the north and north-east and also to the south across Jimbaran Bay to Bali’s southern-most peninsula, called the Bukit.
The area is popular with many expatriates who choose to live away from the bustle of Seminyak, and also a favorite spot for sunset lovers.
