You can also sunbathe and read a book on the comfortable sun loungers after a refreshing swim in the 12m lap pool.

If you wish to unwind after a busy day, you can watch some Netflix shows on the 3Ã—3 screen projector in the indoor living area with the whole group. The kids will never be bored too! The villa is well-equipped with a kidsâ€™ play area complete with toys for their entertainment or they can play football or any other games in the garden too.

The villa occupies three floors (Ground: 3 bedrooms, swimming pool, garden, outdoor living area, car park; Level 1: kitchen, living area, guest’s restroom and balcony; Level 2: master bedroom and terrace).

Living & Dining Areas: living and dining room with open kitchen; balcony with bale, rattan chairs and ceiling fans; open sitting area, roofed in front of the pool. Indoor dining area with rectangle dining table that can seat 10 persons.

Pool size: 4.2m x 12m x 1.5m swimming pool; 2 lounge chairs and a pool umbrella.

Dining: Private Chef is experienced in Western, Chinese, Asian, Vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated (including special diets). All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, floating breakfast) can be arranged in advance.

Kitchen: Equipped with oven, refrigerators, coffee maker, juicer, blender, toaster, rice cooker, electric kettle, wine glasses, stove top, water dispenser.

Entertainment: 3m x 3m sliding screen with projector in the living room with built-in speakers; Netflix; Books.

Weddings & Events

Maximum number of guests: 30 guests (maximum seating capacity) or 50 guests (maximum standing capacity).
Minimum Nights: 3 Nights (Normal and Shoulder Seasons); 4 Nights (High Season). Peak Season events are subject to approval. Note: For Normal/Shoulder Season, 2 nights stay may be allowed if the stay is adjacent to an existing booking. Approved event organizer must be appointed.
Event fees: USD 850++ and IDR 3,000,000 for local community banjar fee. Option to host pre/post events (small gatherings of up to 20 guests held before/after the main event) is available at USD 300++ and IDR 3,000,000 for local community banjar fee.
Public events with ticket sales are not allowed at any time.
Security deposit to be paid upon arrival to the villa. This amount of USD 1,000 will be used to cover cost of service or replacement in case of damage or breakage to the property during the event (pre and after) takes place. This amount is 100% refundable if there are no damages to the property. You may choose one of two options, to be provided upon arrival at the villa in cash or to provide your credit card details to us so that we may hold the security deposit on your behalf.
Guest must prearrange their own transport as there will may be no access to taxis or public transportation.
No floating stage or pool deck available at the villa.
Fireworks, paper candle lanterns or Thai wishing lanterns are not permitted.
Music curfew (sound system, DJ or live music) is allowed until 11PM only. Only in-house speaker allowed for pre/post events.
