Imagine enjoying from your bed or terraces the view of the distant lights of Seminyak and Canggu flickering on the far shores of the bay, then in the morning as you wake up without raising your head from your pillow being able to see the waves breaking down the reef along Bali’s Uluwatu Peninsula and the sight of the Mount Agung Volcano.

The villa was designed and constructed with the goal of creating a residence that compliments & reflects the awe inspiring views and unique location we are so fortunate to be graced with. We could do no less with such a special setting and because of this a residence comparable to any of the words finest estates was born. There are ocean views from most everywhere in the property, each providing a unique perspective. An intimate breakfast and relaxing area near a waterfall, koi pond, banyun trees and other lush tropical plants creates a cooling rainforest micro climate.

Ample terraced grounds with pergolas and ponds and lush foliage are located strategically throughout the property to capture the stunning surroundings. Large king size beds in all bedrooms with the highest quality mattresses, sheets and pillows may provide you with the best sleep you have ever had. Each Bedroom includes a spacious and comfortable lounging space. Bathrooms are of the highest comfort and style possible, each bathroom includes a large bath and separate shower bay.

The Main house is 4 floors of terraced delights accessible with an open stairway and a 6 person elevator to the various floors. Passionately constructed over a 9 years period with fine materials, then decorated with archipelago art collected over a 40 year period with walls of modern contemporary works to provide the ultimate in experience for the most discerning of occupants capable of appreciating fine facilities, comfort, and service.

The fine dining rising far beyond the average upmarket villa standard enables you to dine in the comfort of your private residence and enjoy a dining experience most others would need to dine out to achieve. A spa with accomplished therapists, Cedar Sauna, Haman, Gym, and dedicated Home Theater awaits to entertain you at your leisure on the lower level. An off white marble plunge pool shaded by rich foliage for cool refreshing dips compliments a large cliff edge infinity pool to watch the surf from and a 25mtr lap pool.

Oh and if you are a surfer, the islands most renown tube rides happens to be located at Padang2 which becomes a spectacle to behold or if your up to the ability, surf it whenever the larger southern ocean swells march in. Our terraced garden pathway leads to you very own private entrance into the Indian Ocean. Pools: There are three pools for your use. Connected to the ground floor living area terrace is the villa ultra private white marble pool 4m x 8m. Within the shared three home estate there is also a 22m x 6m cliff edge pool, and a 26m x 6m lap pool for your use.

For Families: Babysitters can be hired for the duration of your stay. Pools have a shallow end. Access to many children’s TV channels and movies. Children under 10 years old must have a parent or Nanny sleeping in the same room.
The Gym can be converted into a children’s bedroom should you desire more space children sleeping in the Gym must be over 10 years old or be accompanied by an adult or Nanny.

Spa: The villa has an in house Redwood Cedar Sauna, Marble Haman, A sturdy massage table in the Spa offers exclusive in-house treatments from highly trained Spa Therapists available on call by reservation at least 3 hours beforehand. Should one wish the treatment held on portable tables in the ocean pavilion next to the cliff side pool or the lower cliff pavillion it can be arranged.

Restricted Movement Facilities: The Residence was created to provide easy access for physically impaired guests, these facilities include an elevator from the vehicle parking area down to the main ground level. A large 6 person elevator within the house with full access to each of the 4 floors, and a gently sloping ramp to the main entrance to avoid steps and makes the residence wheelchair accesible.

Safety: The residence is protected by security guards with direct PABX access to and from every room in the house. There is a fully active security alarm system surrounding and within the residence including CCTV to all entry points. Fire alarms and Intrusion alarms centrally connected to Security and Butler Rooms display Panels to inform them of what and where there is an incident. Bedroom 1-2- and 3 have 3 panic buttons built in the headboard that immediately notifies the butler and security in the event of a medical emergency. Fire Extinguishers are located in every Bedroom and several other locations throughout the residence.

Surfing and Beaches: The villa is located right on top and next to Padang2 Beach, the beach has lifeguard supervised bathing and out front is a learner friendly surf break, with some of the islands most famous professional grade surf breaks just to the right and left of it. The villa has several surfboards for guest use. At low tide walking on sand access to the beach is available from the property directly.
