Set back from the water, this villa has access to its own private jetty with access to canoes and a private speed boat for exploring both the mangroves and the offshore islands.
Entering through an antique Balinese door and stepping over a small fish pond this villa welcomes you into its intimate embrace with a generosity of space. There are two bedrooms downstairs at either end of the villa (one of them double and other twin) with the third master bedroom upstairs that taking in the ocean and sunset views. Each bedroom has an ensuite with monsoon showers and comes with its own small balcony or terrace.
The middle space is a well-lit, high-ceilinged, multi-purpose living / dining / kitchen area with a dining table for six, soft couches, a flat screen TV with satellite TV and satellite channels, and a kitchen. A water wall at the back of the room brings the relaxing sounds of moving water inside, and French doors open up to the garden to allow the breeze to circulate throughout the villa.
A terrace with 3 sun loungers runs alongside swimming pool which is in turn is surrounded by a well manicured lawn and simple tropical gardens. Round table with chairs is nice place to have 5 o’clock tea or dinner by the pool.

This villa has a private gates estate located on waterfront a stone`s throw from the world renowned resorts of Nusa Dua. A small pathway will lead you from the parking lot through the tropical greenery right to pier housing a private boat, which can take you on a tour to explore the nearby beaches, he authentic fisherman`s town in the Turtle Island of Serangan, or even on fishing and snorkeling expeditions. There are kayaks to go around the nearby mangrove. When the tide a high, guests can rent Jet Ski from the nearby water sports center or go on a fun banana boat trip right of the Puri Tirta pier.
When you are entering the carved wooden gate, past a small pond, you will see the swimming pool area surrounded by the manicured garden with frangipani trees. By the pool, you can find comfortable sun lounger and umbrellas to while away the hot tropical days, and the elegant rattan furniture perfect for sundowner, as well as villa`s own BBQ set.
Villa interiors are modern and minimalistic with wooden and stone finishing incorporating some traditional Indonesian elements. On the main floor facing the pool is the living room with comfy furniture, TV, DVD and audio system, dining table for 6, and a small kitchen equipped with stove, microwave, refrigerator and all the necessary kitchen equipment. The bar stands separating the kitchen from the living room. Tall glass sliding doors lead to the swimming pool. Keep them open in the evening to allow the ocean breeze fill the living room, or close them during the hot day and watch TV, videos or listed to music in the air conditioned environment.
The villa is blessed with the perfect location close to the five star tourist enclaves of Nusa Dua and its vast array of luxury resorts, fine dining restaurants and bars as well as having a plethora of water sports available within minutes of the estate.
