Villa Adenium is a stunning 4-bedroom villa located in a quiet and secure complex above Jimbaran Bay, renowned for its azure waters, sandy beaches, world-class surf, and mesmerizing sunsets. This stylish and contemporary villa offers breathtaking ocean views and is designed for comfortable living, making it perfect for families and groups of friends.

The villa features a private 15-meter swimming pool and a kids’ playroom, as well as an Xbox, a games room with table tennis and a billiard table, a gym, and a massage room. With its serene setting and array of amenities, Villa Adenium is an ideal holiday retreat.

Villa Layout

Guests are welcomed into the villa through a coral-limestone entranceway shaded by fragrant frangipanis. Spread over three levels, the villa includes a gymnasium, games and massage room in the basement; a lounge, dining room, kitchen, one master bedroom, and the swimming pool on the ground level; and three bedrooms opening onto an ocean-view deck on the upper level.

Bedrooms

The villa’s four air-conditioned bedrooms, including two master suites and two guest suites, are elegantly furnished with modern décor, teakwood floors, and light cream walls. Each room features comfortable beds (four king-size, one convertible to twin), bedside tables and lamps, TV and DVD player (except ground floor master suite), iPod docks, and ceiling fans. The lower master suite overlooks the pool, while the upper master and guest bedrooms open onto a spacious wooden deck with stunning ocean views.

Each bedroom has a marble ensuite bathroom with a walk-in rain shower and hand-held shower, while the master suites also boast luxurious bathtubs, with a Jacuzzi tub in the upstairs suite. The media room can accommodate two additional children, providing extra sleeping space for families.

Living Areas

The ground floor is the social hub of the villa, featuring a lounge, dining area, and kitchen facing the pool. Glass sliding doors can be closed for air-conditioned comfort or opened to enjoy the sea breeze. The lounge is furnished with a large, L-shaped sofa and armchair, perfect for watching movies on the flat-screen TV or listening to music on the Bose sound system.

The open-plan dining and kitchen area includes a dining table for eight, a Foosball table, and a modern kitchen with black granite worktops, a four-burner hob, oven, double refrigerator, wine fridge, espresso machine, and microwave.
