• Peak season dates are considered blackout periods for events and are not available for weddings or private functions.
• A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for all event and wedding bookings.
• A security deposit is required and will be refunded no later than 7 days after the event, provided there is no damage, loss, or outstanding charges.
• Loud music is permitted until 10:00 PM only, in accordance with hotel policies and local government regulations.
• Music volume must be maintained at a respectful level for mutual comfort. After 10:00 PM, guests may continue gathering without music.
• Each room is equipped with a safe deposit box for guests’ personal valuables.
• Amarta Beach Retreat shall not be held responsible in the event of guest no-shows or shortened stays.
