Mozaic Restaurant, Bali’s fine dining temple, is the destination for any hard core food lover. Having won many accolades, it is the most famous restaurant in Bali. They combine classic French cooking techniques with local Indonesian flavors and ingredients – and the Chef’s Tasting Menu. The dishes were perfectly executed with intriguing flavors, but we were not blown away. Perhaps we were expecting a little more. Nonetheless, Mozaic is still worth a try if you want to splurge on a fine dining experience.
