We establishing Bali Villas Marketing & Management to provide services in every aspect of property functions especially for Holiday Rental. For instance from the staffing, maintenance, administration, marketing, reservations and contracts. Our team commits to achieve full customer satisfaction and we place great emphasis on responding quickly and helpfully to every guest request.

What We Do and How We Do It 

IBH Management provide comprehensive marketing and distribution solutions to maximize villas occupancies and rental yields. We develops and promotes villa brands to gain the competition over the crowded and fragmented market place. Our integrated booking platform and our marketing collateral allows international travel agents to easily represent our villa catalogue. Our experienced team will manage pricing parity through all channels, protected commissions, access to availability and customer support of the travel agents around the world. In cooperation with villas owner IBH Management taking care of villa’s logistical and commercial operations, ensuring that villas are not just well run vacation homes but also lucrative investments.

1. Market Your Property

We bring to the market place your property such as rental agencies, formal and informal networks and we weave a distribution strategy that is customized to the villa one that presents the villa’s offerings consistently and professionally to the world across all mediums. We also leverage print and social media to ensure a careful crafted message of glamour and appeal is delivered consistently through all channels.

Building awareness, nurturing demand, projecting a desirable image across all forms of media is all part of our remit. Interacting and bringing in comprehensive print coverage to assist in showcasing the villa’s offerings to specific, targeted audiences is a dimension of our service offering.

2. Clients Engagement

Engaging clients from their first point of contact and tracking preferences provides us with great information and knowledge to better meet their needs. Therefore, we appreciate that many visitors are coming from their home countries with a range of differing requirements and expectations. Understanding client needs gives us the opportunity to tailor for a more personalize service..

A 24 hour contact point is available for emergencies and referrals and to discuss out of hours problems. Next, our client support staff can provide advice and information on a range of visitor events and services relevant to each client and to cross promote additional events, tours and cultural activities. Our English speaking staff can access a wide range of services and referrals quickly and communicate these effectively.

3. Property Maintenance

Our Villa Maintenance team will ensure that agreed standards are met and that routine maintenance tasks are undertaken. For instance, villa infrastructure such as swimming pool, grounds and landscaping, electrics and plumbing. Furthermore, we can also manage villa inventory to ensure this is well maintain and replace when require.

 

We understand that poor maintenance may result in the loss of valuable income and regular checks are undertaken with results recorded in a property summary report. From here on, we will ensure that any required repairs are notified, agreed and signed off by our property staff prior to commencement. So far all repairs are inspected by our Maintenance Manager, with contractor work being guaranteed.

4. Villa Operations Team

Villa staff will ensure that guest arrivals are well managed and that all visitors are warmly welcomed. Simultaneously we offer a range of support services including cleaning services, villa security/driver support, grocery shopping and meal preparation. Other than that event set up/dismantle and provision or referral for tours and transfers. Even more we co-ordinate all guest activities through our visitor account and booking process, including the administration of initial deposit and payments to ensure that rental obligations are met. So far our villa staff are trained in customer service and team work to understand there are high expectations in servicing client expectations and their role in delivering this. For this reason, we have regular reviews and checks to ensure our high standards are met and work on a better practice model to further develop our villa staff. Moreover, to those already in place within an existing property.
