A minimum of 2 nights stay on low season and 4 nights on high season is required for general stay bookings and event related bookings.
In regards to holding a wedding ceremony, reception or a larger function at the villa, guests will require an appointed professional event coordinator. The event coordinator is responsible for organizing all aspects of functions (e.g. Entertainment catering, seating arrangements, flowers, photography, decorations etc.).
Banjar fee need to be paid to the local community or ‘Banjar’ for event booking and you may directly pay this to Banjar. They will provide Pecalang and police officer on wedding date.
An Event fee is charged for an event booking. The fee covers the main event as defined above plus a small second pre-or post-event gathering. The second gathering (<20 guests) can only be run between the hoursof 10am – 6 pm and should not use any external equipment such as sound system, live band/DJ or extra lighting otherwise a supplementary event fee will be charged. The event fee will be invoiced as part of the villa booking.
