The Villa – Four Bedroom

The villa is a complex villa consisting of 2 units of 2-bedroom villas and 1 unit of a 4-bedroom villa. All bedroom villas feature en-suite bathrooms, extensive living, and separate dining areas for private entertaining, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and 10m pools set among lush, tropical gardens.

The open-air and/or fully air-conditioned living pavilions contain huge dining tables designed for delicious dinners seating 10 people and relaxed BBQs. This villa has a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances such as a full-sized fridge. The 4 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms have king-size beds and garden en-suites featuring a rain shower and a deep soak bathtub. All villas have unlimited WiFi.

The villa also has a bale, private pool, and sunbeds with the serene ambiance of lush grass, gardens & Zen water features. The beautiful outdoor features combined with comfortable living spaces make every effort to relax your mind, body, and soul.

This villa finds the perfect balance between modern, homely, luxury, Balinese style..it’s is perfectly done (& did i mention clean!) The position is great, it’s miraculously quiet given how busy this area is & the staff.. well they just make sure everything is perfect all of the time! There was nothing that was too much trouble & they were all fast, efficient & discrete when they were in the villa. Honestly, I’ve been to Bali countless times & I’ve stayed in sooo many villas & never booked the same one twice.. until now! See you next year!
We booked this villa recently as part of our 20th wedding anniversary celebrations with friends. Prior to arrival, communication with Putu and her staff was fantastic - I had many questions and everything was answered quickly and efficiently; nothing was too much trouble. On arrival we were all blown away with the wonderful greeting by the staff, the welcome drinks, refreshing towels and the pure size of the villa! We were then given a tour and a briefing on the villa's amenities. Breakfast orders were taken the night before and served at whatever time we had arranged. The breakfasts were either a cooked breakfast with eggs prepared any way, pancakes or cereal. All served with freshly squeezed juices, fresh fruit and toast as well as teas and coffees. We really enjoyed the breakfasts, a perfect start to the day! The pool was huge (10 metres?) and more than big enough to accommodate 8 adults. There were plenty of sun loungers and little areas to have some alone time if desired as well as dedicated inside and outside seating areas that we could all come together for meals and or drinks/conversation. The rooms were large and had large wardrobe areas and ensuite's as well as good-sized tv screens and phones enabling you to talk to each room and the other two onsite villas if you had others staying within the complex. There is a washing machine available for guests to use, chilled water tank, a large refrigerator, and a smaller dedicated tv/movie room. All rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. On the day of our anniversary we were given a cake, flowers and a bottle of wine which a lovely surprise! We were even given a key to a "secret gate" at the back of the garden which provides a shortcut to the beach and shops. The location is fantastic - only a few hundred metres to Ku De Ta, the beach, Seminyak Square and Eat Street. The photos are very true to life, the villa is extremely clean, facilities perfect and location ideal... but the highlight is the service - I would have no hesitation on recommending this villa for the perfect Seminyak holiday! I stayed with a group at Villa Tiga - I’ve been to Bali more than sixty times over the years and have stayed in everything from $1000 a night hotels to little beach bungalows for $20 a night - I always try to stay somewhere different. I’d have to say that this villa was he most stunning villa I have stayed in - plus the location is excellent ( about a three minute walk to Ku De Ta).Unlike a lot of villas in Seminyak, this villa had huge grounds and a simply enormous pool. The decor was beautiful and in every corner there was something different, thoughtfully placed and gorgeous. The lounge area was comfortable - although my only complaint would be that there is no TV in the lounge - only in a small media room, so it wasn’t possible for us all to sit and watch a movie. The kitchen was modern, clean and very well equipped and the bedrooms, bathrooms and outdoor areas had plenty of comfort and luxury. The breakfast was something different every day, although not always things we liked. Granola with yoghurt one day, black rice pudding another day, I think pancakes another day. It would be great in a villa this gorgeous, to also have a breakfast of our choice. Having said that, we DID get pastries every day as well and I usually like to skip brekky and go out for coffee to Revolver which is nearby. The staff were not super friendly, but nor were they intrusive so it was fine. I’d highly recommend this villa for a group. The smaller villas in this complex are nice too, but the biggest one is definitely the one to get if you have a group of people.
The staff are AMAZING. So friendly and helpful - making travelling with 2 babies much easier. They went out to buy our little one a ball and even did a few Nappy runs. Villa Tiga looks beautiful.
It was our 2nd time staying here . We booked villa Tiga as it was 3 couples & I can’t fault anything about it. The villa is soo beautiful , lots of space for everyone , the staff nothing is ever too much trouble , the pool , the location everything 10/10. Definitely one of our best family holidays & we will be back !!!
This is the third time we have stayed here, each time with different family members or friends. It’s just so good. The small complex is intimate, plenty of space & stunning gardens. Location is excellent to eat Street & close-by is KuDeTa. The staff are all amazing. Putu is a real stand-out as the manager, nothing is too much. I sent her an email to ask if the Villa had a yoga mat, they didn’t, however on the day we arrived, she went out & purchased one. You won’t be disappointed if you book this place.
