The villa is a classic Bali luxury villa providing a taste of authenticity and charm and a tranquil haven right in the heart of Seminyak. Spacious old-growth gardens make it a perfect place to relax, in an oasis of flower-filled calm, amidst the hustle and bustle of Bali’s most chic shopping, dining and nightlife district. Newly renovated in late 2013, Plawa combines classic Balinese “kampung” architecture with modern-day convenience. This very substantial Bali villa property offers 4 full bedrooms and is on an unusually large piece of land for a Seminyak villa – over a quarter of an acre in size. The villa itself was carefully constructed around magnificent, old coconut and mango trees. Scattered through this Balinese “forest” are various living and bedroom pavilions, a small Hindu temple and a private swimming pool with a hardwood deck.

This Seminyak villa’s four bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, offer a variety of choices to its guests, and each room has been carefully configured with the same amenities so the villa can actually be described as having 4 master bedrooms. Among villas in Bali, rarely does one villa manage to achieve so many of the desirable characteristics for a rental villa in Bali as are found at the villa.

The extensive living pavilion contains separate seating areas for entertainment and relaxation and the nearby dining and kitchen pavilion can host up to 10 guests. The private swimming pool is bordered by a substantial sundeck offering shade and sun in both the morning and the afternoon. Beside the pool is a traditional Balinese massage pavilion where you can experience the spa treatments for which the island is justly famous, and you can do so in the privacy of your own Bali luxury villa.

The villa is located in central Seminyak, about 1500 meters from Seminyak beach and landmark restaurants such as Chez Gado-Gado, Anantara and La Plancha. A five-minute walk away is the Seminyak high street, with its extensive variety of boutique shopping and dining opportunities and restaurants such as Sip wine bar, Bali deli, and Mama-san (the 2nd restaurant by the creators of Sarong). North Seminyak’s newest dining and shopping destinations are a five-minute car ride away.
