About This Villa
Villa Adasa epitomizes traditional Balinese style and is nestled in the exclusive Laksmana enclave in Seminyak, just steps away from the Indian Ocean and Bali’s stunning sandy beaches. Surrounded by lush tropical gardens, this three-bedroom villa is a sanctuary for relaxation and leisure. A traditional bale, suspended above the 14-meter green-stone-tiled swimming pool, offers a perfect spot to unwind, featuring two king-sized daybeds ideal for massages or intimate dining. Additionally, a private roof deck provides a peaceful sunbathing area or a serene space for yoga and meditation.
The villa’s layout comprises three interconnected buildings arranged in a U shape around the pool. The two-storey bedroom wing, furthest from the teakwood entrance doors, houses two guest bedrooms opening onto the garden, while the expansive master suite occupies the entire upper floor. Adjacent to the bedroom wing is the open-sided living and dining pavilion, overlooking the pool and bale. The kitchen and staff quarters are housed in a flat-roofed building alongside.
Bedrooms
The master suite, occupying the entire second level, boasts a king-size bed, a study area, and a luxurious bathroom with a statement bathtub and walk-in shower. A private terrace offers a sunset-viewing spot. The two guest bedrooms feature king-size beds that can be converted to twins, suitable for children, friends, or couples. Each room has a dressing area and a sandstone-lined bathroom with indoor garden features.
Living Areas
The massive 80-square-meter open-sided living pavilion features traditional thatched roofing, sandstone walls, and an expansive terrazzo floor. Comfortable seating areas and a teakwood dining table provide ample space for relaxation and dining. The modern galley kitchen opens to a bar area made of recycled teak, ideal for cocktails or casual meals. The villa also offers a wireless Sonos sound system and a large-screen HD TV for entertainment needs.

Only 200m from the beach, the villa is a short stroll from some of the best restaurants and bars on the island, including La Lucciola, Petitenget, Metis, Sarong, Ku De Ta and Potato Head.
