Villa Arthya offers a stylish and tranquil retreat for up to four guests, featuring a private entrance and a 7-meter swimming pool. The villa’s minimalist design with polished concrete floors is accentuated by the abundant use of sustainably grown teakwood, adding warmth and color to the interior and garden. The villa is surrounded by lush greenery, including flowering trees and shrubs, a flat lawn, and trailing vines, enhancing its tropical ambiance.

The focal point of Villa Arthya is the living and dining room, which can be enjoyed as an open-air space or in air-conditioned comfort. The room is elegantly furnished with a dining table for four, cushioned teakwood bench seats, and a 40-inch TV with local and international channels. The modern kitchen, equipped with a breakfast bar and two highchairs, is perfect for guest use or for the services of a private chef (available at an additional cost).

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with twin washbasins, a walk-in shower, and a free-standing bathtub. The guest bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and indoor shower. The swimming pool is surrounded by a teakwood deck furnished with two beanbag loungers, providing a relaxing spot to soak up the sun.
