Villa Astika Toyaning is a 4-bedroom villa located in Pererenan, Mengwi, offering two private swimming pools – a 20-meter lap pool and a 10-meter square pool. All four air-conditioned bedrooms are located on the ground level, facing the pools and large tropical gardens. This fully staffed villa with a private chef is perfect for one or two families seeking a relaxed, stylish, and well-serviced villa holiday in Bali. Bali’s popular Echo Beach is only a short 5-minute drive from the villa, and your private car and driver are included in your rental rate. The living and dining areas are designed in an open-style concept, beautifully mixing traditional Balinese architecture with modern design.

Situated within the Pangi River Villa complex, adjacent to the traditional village of Pererenan in Canggu on Bali’s west coast, the villa offers easy access to the restaurant and nightlife districts of Legian and Seminyak, located only 5.8 km to the south. The trip from Ngurah Rai International Airport to the villa is approximately 12 km or about 60 minutes, depending on traffic.

Temporary membership to Bali’s exclusive members club, “Finns Recreation Club (formerly Canggu Club),” is included in the rental rate, enabling guests to send the driver to drop off their children at the Children’s Club while they relax by the villa pool. The villa also offers children’s toys, pool toys, videos, and books to keep children occupied. Additionally, two bicycles are available for the short ride down to Pererenan Beach.

Living Room:
Located to the side of the two swimming pools, the villa’s living room has a tropical open-sided layout with a high alang-alang ceiling. The spacious room is furnished with a rattan sofa and two armchairs softened by plush red cushions, with subtle Indonesian art pieces adding an exotic twist. Next door is an air-conditioned TV room for watching your favourite TV shows and latest blockbuster movies.

Dining Room:
The dining pavilion sits on the highest point of the property, offering photogenic views of the two azure swimming pools. A generous dining table sits surrounded by up to 12 chairs, with a sleek show kitchen followed by a separate staff kitchen located to the back of the building.

Garden & Pool:
The villa boasts not just one but two swimming pools beautifully carved into the villa’s cascading gardens. The first is a 10-metre square pool followed by a narrow 20-metre lap pool. The generous sun deck is dotted with white sun loungers and red parasols, with the tropical scene framed by leafy green gardens.

Villa Manager:
The villa’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa, overseeing and coordinating the staff and property and assisting you during your stay.

Housekeeping:
All of our villas include housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange laundry services, wash up, and ensure you don’t lift a finger while on holiday with the family.

Butlers:
Butlers are on hand every day to assist with serving during meal times and attend to other guest requirements throughout your stay.

Chef:
The villa’s skilled private chef will happily prepare anything from Western, Asian, vegetarian, and children’s suggestion menus, as well as discuss special requests and dietary requirements.
