The extensive use of sustainably grown teakwood adds warmth and richness to the interior and garden, with hues of honey-golden and buttery shades of wheat and amber. Lush greenery, including flowering trees, shrubs, flat lawns, and trailing vines, enhances the tropical atmosphere.
The focal point of Villa Avyathi is its living and dining room, providing the option of open-air living or air-conditioned comfort. Furnished with a dining table for four, cushioned teakwood bench seats, and a 40-inch TV with local and international channels, this space is ideal for relaxation. The modern kitchen, equipped with a breakfast bar and two highchairs, is well-suited for guest use or the services of a private chef (available at an additional cost).
The villa features a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, balcony, and ensuite bathroom with twin washbasins, a walk-in shower, and a free-standing bathtub. The guest bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.
The swimming pool, bordered by a teakwood deck furnished with two beanbag loungers, provides a tranquil spot to unwind. Complimentary WiFi is provided throughout the villa.
