Villa Banyu is a luxurious 4-bedroom villa located in the heart of Seminyak, just a short walk from the vibrant Laksmana and Kayu Aya streets, known for their excellent dining and shopping options. The villa offers a serene escape with open living areas, a private pool, water gardens, a games room with a snooker table, and luxurious ensuite bedrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests.

The villa’s name, meaning ‘Water’ in Javanese, is aptly chosen, as the moment you enter, you are greeted by the stunning private pool and expansive fish ponds that surround the property.

Living areas

The first level of the villa contains the open living and dining area with open plan kitchen. The dining table can comfortably sit 10 people, with views over the pool. The living room has long comfortable sofas that extend the length and width of this space with a backdrop of hanging flowers and fish ponds.

There is a covered outdoor lounge area beside the pool which is perfect for just hanging out with family and friends, and, the villa has a built-in surround sound music system with speakers throughout the villa which can be controlled by zones and just perfect for playing favorite tunes for all to enjoy.

There is a second level to the villa on one side which contains a fantastic bar/games room with pool table.

Bedrooms

Three of the four ensuite bedrooms are located on the ground floor, each overlooking the pool and featuring flat-screen TVs, DVD players, and air conditioning. The bathrooms are beautifully designed, with showers positioned above the fishponds that run along the villa’s edge.

The fourth bedroom, located on the first level near the games room, features twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed, along with an ensuite bathroom.

Staff

Guests are welcomed and introduced to the villa by either the experienced Villa Manager or the Senior Butler. The Villa Manager is always available to assist with any needs, whether it’s arranging in-villa spa treatments, day tours, transport, restaurant bookings, or any other requests. The villa is also staffed with a professional butler, maid, pool attendants, and gardeners, all trained to ensure your stay is comfortable and memorable.
