Villa Bayad is a luxurious 4-bedroom villa designed by Popo Danes, one of Southeast Asia’s most renowned architects. The spacious living and dining area opens up to a large veranda surrounded by flower-covered, multi-level fishponds and two comfortable bales where guests can relax and enjoy the view. The villa features an open, fully equipped kitchen where the staff can prepare meals upon request, or guests can use the kitchen themselves. Additionally, there is an air-conditioned media room/library with high-quality audio and video equipment.

The pool is fitted with a salt chlorinator system.
The spa area, located between two of the bungalows, features a beautiful open, walled court covered by a traditional bale in the middle of a reflecting pond with colorful koi. The spa area includes a natural stone bathtub, an open-air waterfall-styled shower, and a massage bed.
