Upon entering Villa Mana, guests are greeted by a wading pool fed by a cascading water wall, leading to a spacious T-shaped living area that seamlessly extends throughout the Villa Mana and wraps around the inviting swimming pool. Accommodation of Villa Mana is spread over two floors: on the ground floor, a corridor off the living area leads to three luxurious bedroom suites on one side, while on the other side, there’s a twin bedroom, a bathroom, a home cinema room, a manager’s office, and an open-plan kitchen. On the upper floor, two more expansive bedroom suites and an office/TV room open onto an enormous terrace adorned with a large pergola. From the pool deck, broad wooden ‘amphitheatre-style’ steps lead down to a sprawling lawn bordered by picturesque rice terraces.
The Villa Mana have six spacious air-conditioned bedrooms boast high ceilings, walls adorned with padded silk, polished-concrete floors, rattan and wood furniture, and sliding glass doors opening onto gardens or terraces. Five bedrooms feature king-size beds, while a twin bedded room is located on the ground floor, opposite the games room/home cinema. All bedrooms of Villa Mana come with large ensuite bathrooms featuring twin basins of polished concrete and statement bathtubs big enough for two.
Villa Mana is a paradise for those who love to entertain. Its vast open-plan living area seamlessly extends onto the expansive pool terrace, providing ample space for formal or casual gatherings. A substantial teak dining table comfortably seats 12 guests for candlelit dinners, while a breakfast table with benches, also seating 12, is tucked around the poolside terrace. Separated from the living area by a river-rock wall, the well-stocked kitchen features a long island bar, creating a stage for culinary feats.
Further entertainment spaces await upstairs on the enormous roof terrace, including a third dining table for 12, plenty of sun loungers, and a series of super-sized mattresses within a slatted-roof pergola for reclining in the shade. Grand, amphitheatre-style wooden steps beyond the pool lead past a comfy half-moon-shaped pergola tucked into the terrace slope, down to a large flat lawn bordered by rice fields, perfect for activities like football, with goalposts in place.
