About This Villa
Villa Senang by The Residence Seminyak is a luxurious 4-bedroom villa located in the heart of Seminyak, forming part of The Residence Seminyak complex. Just a short stroll from popular boutique shopping, restaurants, cafes, and nightspots, this plush and private villa offers a spacious retreat built over two levels. Set on a large 650 sqm land with lush tropical gardens and a large swimming pool, there is plenty of space for all guests to enjoy.
Living areas
The L-shaped villa is stylishly designed in black and white extravagance, with the living, dining, and kitchen areas enclosed around the swimming pool and gardens. The dining room features an eight-seater table, ideal for large families and gatherings, with a marvelous 3-tiered copper chandelier hanging above.
The living room offers expansive sofas in front of the satellite TV with a DVD player. Outside the living room, alfresco rattan sofas provide an alternative relaxation space with dining for 6, shaded by frangipani trees decorated with antique tree lights for a spiritual Balinese evening scene. The pool bale on the other side of the pool, facing the living room, is the perfect place to relax and read a book while gazing across the pool. Upstairs, a secluded bale offers a shaded escape with a comfy mattress and pillows.
Accommodation
All four spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are uniquely styled and overlook the pool. The ground floor features the tastefully decorated master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and bathtub, and the second guest bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and large private garden. The second floor houses the other two guest bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms.

Location
The villa is situated within a prestigious villa complex in the heart of Seminyak with 24 hour security, reception with concierge services with bag storage should the need arise. The Residence is no more than an easy 5 minute walk to Jalan Laksmana and Jalan Kayu Aya commonly known as “Eat Street” with its multitude of cafes, restaurants, shops and boutiques. Seminyak Square and Seminyak Village, two upmarket shopping centers, can also be found here, and, it’s just a leisurely 10 minute walk to the beach.
