Main Building

This four-bedroom villa spans 800sqm and features a main building with a master room, an open living area, a dining room, a kitchen, and an entertainment room that can be converted into an extra bedroom. The living area is spacious and comfortable, ideal for entertaining or relaxing in front of the television. The adjacent dining area allows guests to enjoy meals while watching TV, and the fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The living and dining areas can be enclosed and air-conditioned with sliding doors for added safety and peace of mind.

Bedrooms

The villa includes four bedrooms; one attached to the main building with a king-sized bed, and three in separate guesthouses. The master guesthouse overlooks the swimming pool and features fine palimanan stone steps leading from the garden. The air-conditioned bedroom has a king-sized bed, wardrobe with a safety deposit box, and an en-suite bathroom with an open shower.

The twin guesthouses are identical in design and interiors, each with a king-size bed, wardrobe with a safety deposit box, and a bathroom with a bathtub, open shower, and exclusive shampoo, conditioner, and soaps.
