Villa Aquila is a newly built, modern-style private luxury villa located in the heart of Seminyak, offering easy access to a wide array of restaurants, bars, shopping, and nightlife. The villa features three air-conditioned and fan-cooled bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are situated upstairs and include ample cupboard space, a safe deposit box, television, and DVD player. The master bedroom is particularly spacious, with an alcove and day bed, while the en-suite bathroom boasts a terrazzo bathtub, separate shower, and double vanity.

On the second level, there is a large wooden deck with plantation overlooking the swimming pool, providing a comfortable spot for sunset cocktails and relaxation. Downstairs, the open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, and the living area is either fully air-conditioned or fan-cooled, featuring a comfortable sofa, cable television connection, and dining area. Wireless internet is available throughout the villa, and a Marshall sound system with Bluetooth connectivity is also provided for playing your favorite music.

Outside, the landscaped gardens and 14.5m x 4m swimming pool feature a wooden deck with sun lounges and an umbrella. A BBQ can be arranged on request. The villa includes a spacious garage and a separate staff and service area. Fully staffed, Villa Aquila provides a trained house manager, housekeeping, an excellent chef (additional charge), a gardener, and security. The chef can prepare meals during your stay, offering a selection of Western and Asian dishes. Additionally, a car with driver can be easily arranged upon request.
