Therefore, IBH team presenting their time in togetherness enjoying the trip to a spiritual journey held in July 7th 2019 to Nusa Penida island. There were 15 people of IBH team joining the monthly program held by the company to implement the life balance for all IBH team.
The CEO of Bali Hospitality Individual “Kadek Adnyana” leads directly the program. He invited the entire team to visit 2 holy sites in Nusa Penida called Goa Giri Putri and Pura Penataran Dalem Ped. Spiritual Journey activities are filled with purification, meditation, prayer and also filled with lectures about life management. He added that this spiritual journey will be carried out every 2 months to holy places throughout Bali and Java.
Pak Kadek Adnyana said; The purpose of this spiritual journey is to build self awareness to recognize the authenticity of each individual’s role in living life. Everyone is expected to be able to carry out his life role well including in their work to be able to recognize their potential to the fullest so that they are always in a conscious and always in happy state of life, he concluded.
