Mama San’s Asian menus include Chinese, Indonesian, Indian, Malay, Singaporean, Thai, Cambodian and Vietnamese. Will says “the interior is a feast for the eyes, while the food is a feast for the soul”. The Mama San chefs have developed an array of Asian eat treats served as a la carte one offs or lunch time sets, including an Indian Thai and a Singaporean chicken, rice & soup set. A selection of salads from Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia are available for lunch and dinner, with a list of curries and hearty soups to feature in the lunch menu. Braised and roasted meats along with local and Pacific-rim seafood’s are incorporated into much of the lunch and dinner menus as well as vegetarian dishes. A select Dim Sum dumpling grazing menu is available to eat in the upstairs bar area from 6pm to 11pm, Monday through to Saturday. Treats like the lamb and pumpkin pot stickers with chili oil and black vinegar have become a firm favorite as well as the La lot Vietnamese grilled mince pork belly wrapped in betel leaves with nouccham dressing.
