Individualbali.com – After 25 years of absence, Indonesia finally held the 2022 Moto GP event which will be held at the Pertamina Mandalika circuit, Lombok. The last time Indonesia hosted the MotoGP was the 1996-1997 season at the Sentul Circuit, Bogor, West Java, when the premier class motorcycle racing engine had a capacity of 500 cc.
The Moto GP event, which was held in Mandalika, was also a place to promote the local tourism potential of Lombok and its surroundings (Bali is one of them) and as a hope for the rise of Indonesian tourism after 2 years of struggling against the COVID-19 Pandemic.
